A specialised service where you will learn the fundamentals of functional gymnastics. Learn to master the body weight movements and use the biomechanical advantage to its true potential.

In these classes, you will learn the kipping or butterfly pull-ups, handstands, handstand walks, toe to bar, muscle ups, ring dips etc.

Session is coached by Sam Thackway, a Level 2 gymnastics coach, and Ex national competitor.
