Your coach will bring you through a warm up, skill segment, and than brief you on the WOD (Workout of the Day), scaling, and strategy’s for best execution.

Then we will finish off with a cool down and light stretching and mobility.

Classes will take the full hour so please try and show up on time. All exercises are scaleable to any level of fitness.
